Have you heard of Noodelist?
If you are a noodle lover, like I am, then you will want to listen up. Noodles have always been a staple in our home. That is until my diet changed and I had to cut out certain foods that weren’t real healthy. Let’s face it, we don’t all have time to create every meal from scratch, and making our own noodles from scratch is something that takes a little time and dedication—time is something I don’t have a lot of, so I decided to give up noodles all together. I knew that instant noodles were lacking in nutrients and authentic flavors. Were they satisfying? Sure, but a bag of regular instant noodles wasn’t the healthy option that I should’ve been putting into my body.
And then I heard about Noodelist!
The idea behind Noodelist came about because of a love of noodles. However, like many people that can’t indulge in restaurant grade noodles every day, the founder Thuong Tan noticed that there was a lack in the market for a healthy instant noodle alternative.
With this concept of healthy instant noodles, she set out to create Noodelist, so that she could introduce to the marketplace, a premium plant-based version of instant noodles. Noodelist sources noodles that are nutrient dense, texturally pleasing, and combine a bespoke soup base recipe that was created by award winning chef Peterre Luoto.
The noodles are rich in protein, low in fat, and contain the lowest sodium intake per serving (960MG) than any other instant noodle brand, in order to create a flavorful and authentic experience that is not only good for you and great tasting; like you’ve spent hours in the kitchen, but is also good for the environment. That also means that the noodles are housed in environmentally conscious packaging instead of the traditional styrofoam cups.
