Throughout the book, the author shares silly ideas of what might be making a little boy, named Walter C., laugh. I promise you won’t go to a page that your little one doesn’t giggle. My daughter couldn’t stop laughing.

When I finish the book with her, she always has a bunch of new crazy, silly ideas of what SHE thinks might make Walter C. laugh. At the very end of the book, Ginny added blank pages to allow your child to try what THEY think is making Walter C. laugh. One of the ideas she wanted to draw was “a flower singing a silly song”.
