You will love this delicious Snickers Cupcake Recipe! This mouth watering recipe is a real crowd pleaser that will have your guests asking you to make dessert at all future events/get togethers. Don’t take our word for it, try it for yourself!
Snickers Cupcake Recipe
3/4 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 a cup of Sugar
1/2 a cup of Brown Sugar
1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
1/2 a cup of Buttermilk
1 jar of Caramel
Mini Snicker Bars
1 jar of Peanuts
Snickers Cupcake Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Add cupcake liners to your cupcake tin.
Step 3: Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl until well combined.
Step 4: Add eggs, sugar, and brown sugar, oil, and vanilla into a separate mixing bowl.
Step 5: Mix until well blended.
Step 6: Pour half of the dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
Step 7: Then poor half of the buttermilk into the mixture.
Step 8: Repeat with the remaining wet ingredients and buttermilk.
Step 9: Blend until well combined.
Step 10: Fill cupcake liners half way with batter.
Step 11: Bake for 18-21 minutes.
Step 12: Let cool.
Step 13: Take a spoon and dig out the center of your cupcake, as shown.
Step 14: Add your caramel and peanuts to the middle of the cupcake.
Step 15: Place the top back on your cupcake, and ice each cupcake.
Step 16: Sprinkle with peanuts and add snicker, as shown.
Step 17: Serve and enjoy!
